...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania, including
  the following areas, in northwest Pennsylvania, Forest, Jefferson
  PA and Venango. In western Pennsylvania, Clarion.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several periods of heavy rainfall will be possible through
    this afternoon, with amounts between 1 and 2 inches, and up
    to 3 inches of rain in more localized areas.  With rain rates
    between 1 and 2 inches an hour possible, flash flooding will
    be a threat.
