Past 24 hour precipitation...
Rain showers and scattered thunderstorms covered much of eastern
Ohio with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms across northern
West Virginia and western Pennsylvania. Over the past 24 hours,
rainfall totals generally ranged from a trace to 0.50 inches,
though there were scattered areas across eastern Ohio with
rainfall up to 1.25 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.25 to 1.50
inches. The highest forecast rainfall amounts are expected across
the higher elevations of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.

River trends...
Rises of one half to two and one half feet are forecast for area
rivers and streams. No rises to action stage are forecast.
