On May 8th the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department held a presentation for the Juniors and Seniors at Rocky Grove High School since Prom is closely approaching as a prevention from drinking while driving, texting while driving and wearing seat belts.
On May 3, 2012 there was a DUI Presentation at Rocky Grove High School by CAS with partnership with Rocky Grove Admin/Staff/Students, Rocky Grove Volunteer Fire Department, Reno Volunteer Fire Department, Sugarcreek Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Venango County Coroner's Office, Timothy E Hartle Funeral Home, Lowry's Auto Body. Recently, there have been instances in which some elderly residents have been taken advantage of and have been charged a much higher amount than what the average lateral replacement should cost. The Borough is to be contacted first to get the proper paperwork and procedures. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact the Borough as well.
