2003 FORD F-250 W/PLOW UP FOR BID

Sugarcreek Borough Council shall accept sealed bids on the sale of the 2003 Ford F – 250 truck with plow, 107,780 miles. Minimum bid of $1500.00. Equipment may be seen at the Borough building, 212 Fox Street, Franklin, PA 16323, (814) 432 – 4717. Equipment is sold as is, no warranties expressed or implied. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to make the award in the best interest of the Borough. Sealed bids shall be received until 10:00 a.m., and opened at approximately 10:30 a.m. on September 29, 2014.

Recently, there have been instances in which some elderly residents have been taken advantage of and have been charged a much higher amount than what the average lateral replacement should cost. The Borough is to be contacted first to get the proper paperwork and procedures. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact the Borough as well.
